If you are struggling to pay Rent on time then you need to make contact with us and explain the situation. It will then be up to the landlord what they wish to do which may include making a payment arrangement, accepting your early notice, or beginning possession procedures.
Ultimately, if you fall behind and do not pay your rent the Landlord may need to begin court proceeding which may affect your credit so it's in your best interests to communicate early with us.
If your rent is late we will contact all tenants and guarantors via sms, email, mail and phone. We will continue to do this until the rent is brought up to date.
You don't have the right to withhold rent because of your landlord's (or their agents) failure to do repairs. If you withhold rent your landlord may start possession proceedings against you and put you at risk of eviction.
